DRIVEN BY INNOVATION SINCE 1982

Metco Industries Inc. founded on January 1, 1982, in St. Marys, Pennsylvania, the "Powdered Metal Capital of the World" began with just one press, a furnace, and a tumbler. Our founders recognized the need for a quality powdered metal manufacturing facility that could be both attentive and flexible to customers' changing requirements. For those humble beginnings, Metco started producing high-quality powdered metal components for OEM and commercial end users, including bushings, bearings, gears, and other precision structural components.

Over the past 40 + years, Metco industries has grown from a single -press operation into a state-of-the-art 160,000-square-foot facility, proudly employing over 180 skilled professionals.

In recent years, the powdered metal (P/M) industry has evolved into one of the fastest-growing sectors in manufacturing. More companies across automotive, lawn and garden, and industrial markets are discovering the advantage of powder metallurgy, including cost-efficiency, repeatable quality, and design flexibility. With advantage materials, modern equipment, and automated production lines, Metco delivers custom powdered metal components that meet tight tolerances, reduce lead times, and lower production cost.

At Metco Industries, we take great pride in our experienced and dedicated workforce. Our team's commitment to excellence and innovation drives everything we do. As we continue to expand, our focus remains on providing precision-engineered powdered metal solutions that exceed expectations all while maintaining the highest qualiy and service standards in the industry.
